Pride was born as a protest, and until we achieve equal rights for all in the LGBTQIA+ community - it will continue to be a protest. One of the biggest controversies facing the community this year is the exclusion of trans people from the governments proposed ban on ‘conversion therapy’. If we can agree that this so-called treatment is inhumane, traumatizing and ultimately ineffective for one group of people - why have we excluded trans people from the ban?

These posters were designed and produced by Ginger Beers (Wieden + Kennedy's LGBTQIA+ Affinity group) to stand in solidarity with our trans siblings. Behind the scenes, we are working with management to better our agency's policies in order to make W+K a trans inclusive and supportive workplace.
